Before you choose a plan
What happens when the trial ends?
Your workspace moves to the Free plan unless you choose Shop or Pro. Nothing is deleted: your quotes, rates and customers stay, and the Free limits apply from then on.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The 30-day trial includes every Pro feature and needs only an email address.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel any month; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you can download all your data whenever you like.
Which currency am I billed in?
The currency shown for your country: Australian, New Zealand, US or Canadian dollars, pounds or euros. Anywhere else, US dollars.
Do prices include tax?
No. GST, VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Businesses in the EU and UK with a valid VAT number may be charged under the reverse-charge rules.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for 10 months and get 12. Prices shown as yearly are the full amount for the year.
Who counts as a user?
Everyone you invite to your workspace, in any role, including people who have not accepted their invitation yet.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The setup guide takes about 20 minutes. If you want a check, email three past quotes and we will compare them with your Spindlewise rates, free.
