Quotes your buyer can accept in one click

A PDF in an email waits for someone to print it, sign it and send a purchase order back. A Spindlewise quote link lets the buyer choose the quantity and accept with their PO number on their phone, and tells you the moment they do.

Requests in, without retyping

• A quote request page for your website: the buyer fills in their details and quantities and attaches drawings and models.
• Your own quote email address: buyers email it directly, or you forward their request. Forwarded emails keep the original buyer.
• Either way the request arrives as a draft quote for the right customer, with the files attached, the model measured and the drawing read.

Send a link, not just a PDF

• Approve the quote to freeze it. The buyer sees exactly what the PDF shows: prices, quantities and terms, never your costs.
• Email the link from Spindlewise, or copy it into your own email. Replies come back to whoever sent it.
• The buyer needs no account. They pick a quantity on each line and see the subtotal, any minimum order charge, tax and total, worked out by the same engine as the quote.
• They accept with their name and PO number, or decline and say why. Either way the quote is marked won or lost, and you get an email.

Each link uses a long random code that expires with the quote, can be withdrawn at any time, and stops working once the buyer has answered. You can see whether the buyer has opened it.

Nothing left waiting

• Follow-up reminders each morning: quotes sent three or ten days ago with no answer, quotes about to expire, and buyers who opened the link but have not answered.
• Expired quotes close themselves a week after their validity, so your win rate is not dragged down by quotes nobody will answer.
• An order acknowledgement PDF for the won quote: the lines and quantities the buyer chose, their PO number, and your delivery and payment terms.
• Won quotes export to Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks with the PO number on the invoice.
